Just purchased my first Subaru, a Forester, after months of searching various dealers. RK of Vineland found the vehicle I wanted, in the color I wanted. Aleika, our salesperson, and Steve, the manager were so nice, knowledgeable, and worked with us to find the perfect car. The dealership did everything to make our purchase as easy as possible and I would highly recommend RK to my friends looking for a new vehicle. I am still learning about all the features my Forester has, but I am lovin' it.
After test driving several cars at other dealerships, we purchased our 1st Subaru at RK. The staff made the experience pleasant with no pressure. Our salesperson, Aleika, was super personable. She pointed out all of the safety features and highlights of the Subaru Ascent and Jennifer in Finance explained all of the warranty features and helped us select the one that best fit our needs.
More of a relax setting then the other dealerships I been to. Not pushy at all!
I had a great experience with the sales team, but the follow-up has been very disappointing. I purchased a car in Vineland and live in Delaware. Since August 13, I have been asking about my expiring temporary tag. The tag has now expired, and I have not been able to drive my car for three days due to a lack of follow-up. It seems either the dealership is unwilling to issue another tag or the staff is not managing requests properly. I am very disappointed with how this has been handled.
Just upgraded my vehicle, getting a 2022 Subaru Outback. Went through Dave LeLana again. He always keeps a relationship with his customers. Not just about the sale but something that works for your needs. I said it in my past review and it still applies, go to Rk and see Dave. I'm now a repeat customer and I know several others
This was my 1st time purchasing a Subaru. I was impressed with the friendlyness of the staff. Gabriel Herrera was the salesman I worked with. He was so patient, polite, friendly, and he never pressured me. Which is something I really liked. He even has taken my phones calls when I didn't know the answer to something. One of those calls was on his day off. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions and concerns. I think he is a valued member of the team at RK Subaru, and would recommend him highly.
We now own a 2022 Forester, a 2023 Crosstrek and a 2024 outback. All from RK. From Dave in sales to Alex in finance to sales mgr. Andrew everyone was knowledgeable, friendly and upfront. From start to finish the best dealership I have purchased from and at age 70 that says something.

Entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help with whatever you need. They got me in the best car I could afford, and never tried to pressure me into something outside my price range.

I had my Subaru Outback 2021 serviced this past Saturday(4/1/23). It's always a positive experience!!! The RK staff takes pride in what they do. It definitely shows. Their hard work and professionalism is outstanding. A shout out to Nick DiDonato(Service Advisor) for being attentive, a great communicator and a professional. He always has everything running smoothly and in an organized capacity. Also, I would like to recognize Javier Valentin for working on my car. Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication. Well this is the second Subaru I've bought here. The first was my aunts a couple months ago, and now mine a couple weeks ago. First off, I got the WRX. The RK Subaru Auto Group was very customer friendly and the sales staff made sure that everything was to my liking, they also made follow up contacts to see if everything was O.K. after the purchase.. Went in with the intention of browsing options, walked out with a brand new Legacy. Mike as well as the rest of the staff worked with made my wife and I very comfortable, and got us into a car we wanted at a very reasonable price.
